Naselo was tasked with the precision retrofitting of a legacy beverage production line to incorporate modern automation and real-time monitoring. The project required the installation of high-precision sensors and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) without disrupting existing production schedules. We managed the end-to-end execution, including the engineering design, hardware procurement, and technical calibration. The integration allowed for automated waste reduction and real-time quality control feedback loops. Upon completion, the line showed a 35% increase in output consistency and a significant 18% reduction in peak energy consumption. This project demonstrated our ability to breathe new life into legacy assets through strategic technical interventions.
